Whole Wheat Banana Bread                                          

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Mature Banana (2 Large)
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
¼ Cup Walnuts
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Salt

In a large bowl combine the mashed banana, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.  In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and walnuts.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.  Grease the insides of a loaf baking pan and pour the batter in.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 36 minutes.  If you use a ceramic baking dish add another 4 minutes to the baking time.
