Walnut and Cranberry Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ Cup Bread Flour
½ Cup Water
¼ Cup Wheat Germ
2 Tablespoon Walnut
2 Tablespoon Cranberry
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Molasses
½ Teaspoon Yeast
¼ Teaspoon Salt

In a bowl combine the warm water, sugar and yeast then let it rise for 15 minutes. In a large bowl combine the flour, wheat germ, chopped walnuts, cranberry, chia seed, flax seed, molasses and salt.   Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.  Take the dough out of the bowl and begin folding it in on itself.  Place the dough back in the bowl and let it rise for an hour in a warm place covered with a damp towel.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Punch down the dough and form it into a long loaf.  Use the extra olive oil to coat the outsides before placing it on a baking tray.  Let the dough rise until doubled in size.  Bake for 34 or until golden brown.
