Cinnamon Roll

1 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Egg
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter
½ Teaspoon Yeast
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

In a sauce pan warm up the water, butter, and sugar add the yeast when the water is warm.   Let the yeast bloom for several minutes before adding the egg.  Using your hands combine the flour with the cinnamon and salt.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.  Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.  In a separate bowl combine the extra sugar with the butter and cinnamon as the filling.  Punch down the dough and roll out the dough into a large rectangle.   Layer the filling on top of the dough.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Roll the dough in on itself, trapping the layer of filling evenly within.  Cut the rolled dough into even slices and lay them on a greased baking tray so the pieces hold each other in place.  Let the dough rise on more time before baking.  Bake for 15 minutes until its edges are golden brown and gooey.
