Almond Apple Cranberry Whole Wheat


1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
¼ Cup Apple Juice
½ Cup Cranberry
2 Tablespoon Almonds
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Egg
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda

In a large bowl combine the butter and sugar then add the egg, evaporated milk and apple juice.  In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix until all the flour is incorporated. Chop up the almonds into small pieces then add them and the cranberry to the batter.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Pour the batter into a 3”x”5 loaf pan.  Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
